  • Absolutely YES! Melbourne is our hometown.

  • Won’t happen. This website has been updated with all the inventory details. It will stop you buying something that we don’t stock. If it lets you buy you something know you are going to get it.

  • Australia Post. Everything is sent via Australia Post with tracking number!

  • We will take a photo of the contents just before we seal it up, so that we both have confidence in what is being sent out. If there is a problem, just call or email. We will help you out.

  • Drop us a line and we will see what we can do for you! If its a winner maybe we will get stock in for everyone.

  • If it hasn’t posted out then we will normally be able to cancel and refund that for you. If not then please see our returns policy below.

  • That depends on why you are returning it?

    If it is faulty, and there is no sign of damage, then we will exchange or refund you the item.

    If you changed your mind or bought the wrong item then unfortunately the answer is no. Why? We don’t sell complete products off the shelf, like JB does. We sell parts for people to do DIY. This means that the act of getting it and handling it creates a big risk of damage. We might not even be able to tell that it’s damaged on return.

  • At the moment we deliver to Australia and New Zealand. We will look to expand out to South East Asia in the near future.

  • We have a minimum order of $25, with a flat fee of $8 for shipping Australia-wide, and $29 for New Zealand (Sorry Kiwis, AusPost charges me a fortune!).

  • We have a $25 minimum order so we can offer low cost shipping on all items. In addition we are a small company and it helps simplify dispatch.

  • All prices are in AUD.
